In view of explanation about the medical services and departments of the clinic,we herby present that the clinic contains the following departments:Departments, consultations can be provided for most specialties including:-

•  Department of reception :

This department directed by employees, trainees, and specialists in this division to facilitate the providing of services to the people, concerning the reception, reservation of appointments, to ease the arrival of patients to specialized departments in the clinic.

•   Emergency department:

Prepared to provide emergency services to the urgent cases, and giving all required treatments and first aid, and then transferred to departments according to the case. May be if required the case transferred to specialized centers and hospitals, particularly the trauma cases, this department working 24 hours, to perform its role perfectly this department has been supplied with a new an ambulance car (Mercedes), furnished with modern equipments to transport the patients from and to the clinic.

•  Admission and hospitality department:

The clinical capacity (28) bed, distributed on three floors, with no (2-3) beds specified for care.

The admission ambergris's consists of single, double rooms and special suite; these rooms are equipped with high-level facilities and accessories, such as TV, air conditioners, refrigerators, and special bathrooms in each room.

In the clinic, there is restaurant for preparing of foods for patients, staff and accompaniers.

• Diagnosis department:

A)    Radiology.

The radiology department specialized in performing of CT-scan, ordinary and colored images, where this department works 24 hours a day:

1-     X- Ray.

2-     CT-scan.

3-     Colored images.

4-      Dental X-Ray.

B)   medical analysis laboratory:

The laboratory performs all types of analysis, which includes biochemical, microbiological, parasitological, hematological, serum, antibodies, and hormones analysis's, with most advanced equipments, the laboratory added special department for blood bank, where all primary examinations done for donors, and keeping a balance for the clinic in emergency situations, this laboratory operates throughout a day, under a supervision of professional staff.

•   Operations department:

In the clinic, there are two theatres, furnished entirely with a highly advanced machineries and medical equipments, which required in major and minor operations, including surgical speculums, in addition, there is a surgical microscope for ophthalmology surgery, ENT surgery, and neurosurgery.

•  Intensive care department:

 Its an integrated unit, consists of (3) beds, provided with highly advanced equipments, artificial respiration systems, and remote monitoring of patients, as well providing the intensive care for patients, and screening the patients with high proficiency, where its supervised by nurses team under supervision of specialist physicians.

•  Physiotherapy department:

This department concerned with physiotherapy, for cases needs physiotherapy, by means of manual, or infrared, or electric shock.

Thermotherapy – electrotherapy – hydrotherapy. Where in this department treating the rupture of muscles and ligaments, and treatment of vertebral column complaints, back pains, rheumatism, muscular spasms, contusions, and fatness. This department has a highly qualified specialist, practically and scientifically.
